Payments
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received.

  • No work will begin until payment has been completed.

  • All payments are processed securely via Square.

All Sales Final
  • Due to the custom nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

  • No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Failure to follow through with pickup does not qualify for a refund.

 Order Timing & Availability
  • Orders must be placed at least 4 days in advance unless approved as a rush order.

  • Rush orders are subject to additional fees and availability.

  • Availability is limited and not guaranteed until payment is completed.

Rescheduling Policy
  • Orders may be rescheduled one time only with at least 48 hour  notice.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Failure to provide proper notice may result in forfeiture of full payment.

Custom Work & Substitutions
  • All designs are custom and handcrafted, and slight variations may occur.

  • We reserve the right to substitute flowers or materials of equal or greater value based on availability and seasonality.

Product Care & Responsibility
  • Fresh flowers are perishable and require proper care.

  • Once the order is picked up, The Queens of Hearts is not responsible for product condition or longevity.

Pickup Policy
  • Orders must be picked up at the agreed date and time.

  • Late pickups may impact quality and are not the responsibility of the business.

  • Failure to pick up may result in order forfeiture without refund.

Liability Disclaimer
  • The Queens of Hearts is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses related to:

    • Use or handling of products after pickup

    • Allergic reactions

    • Candles or décor once in customer possession

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer upon pickup.

Photo & Marketing Use
  • We reserve the right to photograph and use completed work for promotional purposes.

Order Accuracy
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at the time of booking.

  • Changes may not be accommodated and may result in additional fees.

Fraud Protection
  • We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect accounts.

Right to Refuse Service
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

 Chargeback Policy
  • By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for services rendered in accordance with these terms.

 Agreement

By placing an order and submitting payment, you agree to all Terms & Conditions listed above.

 Delivery Policy
  • Delivery is fulfilled through a third-party courier service (Roadie).

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout or provided prior to purchase.

  • Full payment, including delivery fees, is required at checkout.

 Delivery Timing
  • Delivery timeframes are estimated windows and not guaranteed exact times.

  • The Queens of Hearts is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, traffic, weather, or other external factors.

Transfer of Responsibility
  • Once your order has been released to the delivery courier,
    responsibility transfers to the courier service.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Delays

    • Damage during transit

    • Lost or stolen items after dispatch

Customer Responsibility
  • Customers must ensure all delivery details entered at checkout are accurate.

  • Incorrect information may result in failed delivery without refund.
