             Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

No. All sales are final due to the custom nature of our designs and services.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

    Can I customize my order?

Yes. Each arrangement and setup is designed with intention and tailored to your selected style, colors, and package.
Please ensure all details are correct at checkout.

               How far in advance should I order?

We require at least 4 days’ notice.
Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and are subject to additional fees.

Can I reschedule my order?

Yes, one time only, with at least 24 hours’ notice, and based on availability.

   How does delivery work?

Delivery is fulfilled through a third-party courier service, Roadie.
Delivery times are estimated windows and not guaranteed exact times.

               What happens after my order is shipped or delivered?

Once your order has been released to the delivery courier or marked as delivered,
The Queens of Hearts is no longer responsible for delays, damages, or loss.

                   Do you deliver to hotels or Airbnbs?

Yes, for select orders and romance setups.
However, you are responsible for ensuring access is granted and the location is ready.

   What if you can’t access the location for my setup?

If we are unable to access the location due to missing or incorrect information,
your setup may be canceled without refund.

          What if I’m late or not ready for my setup?

A 15-minute grace period is provided.
Delays beyond that may result in additional fees or cancellation without refund.

  How long do flowers last?

Fresh flowers typically last several days with proper care.
We are not responsible for flower longevity after pickup or delivery.

 What if I don’t like my order?

All designs are custom and created based on your selections.
Slight variations may occur, but refunds are not offered.

     Are you responsible for setup items after completion?

No. Once your setup is completed or delivered,
all responsibility transfers to the client unless the clean up/take down option has been added to your packa

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through our website via Wix.

Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.
